Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders began on June 25, 2026, at midnight local time, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The official announcement listed US$ 79.99 for the standard edition, plus an Ultimate edition with additional items. Prices vary by region and store, so it is always worth checking your own platform.
Opening pre-orders also worked as practical confirmation of the schedule: pre-order dates are rarely announced while internal doubt about the launch remains.
