GTA 6 Launch Skips PC; Old GTAs Drop Up to 70% on Steam
The two deals range from $6 to $19.79 and end on November 19.

GTA 6 arrives on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with PC left out of that launch. On Steam, four older games in the series have received discounts of up to 70% for the period. The two offers range from $6 to $19.79 and end on the new game’s release date.
The first deal combines Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, and San Andreas in GTA: The Trilogy. The bundle costs $19.79, £19.79, or €19.79, depending on the region. That represents a 67% cut from its regular price.
The second option is Grand Theft Auto 4: Complete Edition. It includes the main game alongside The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony expansions. Its price is down 70% to $6, £5.09, or €6.
These discounts do not reach the 90% range sometimes seen in major PC sales. Even so, the trilogy is at its lowest price recorded by IsThereAnyDeal, according to PC Gamer. The GTA 4 price is also close to its historical low.
Both offers are currently limited to Steam. PC Gamer found no matching promotions on the Xbox or PlayStation digital stores. That gives PC players the cheaper route to older games while consoles receive GTA 6 first.
The deadline directly connects the offers with the GTA 6 calendar. Both the trilogy and GTA 4 remain discounted until November 19, the new title’s launch date. PC Gamer said the timing appears intentional while leaving open the possibility that it is a coincidence.
The trilogy’s current condition deserves consideration before buying. GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition had a troubled launch in 2021 and reached Steam in 2023. Since then, two of its three games have earned more favorable user ratings on the platform.
Vice City and San Andreas currently carry “very positive” Steam ratings. GTA 3 remains at a “mixed” rating. Reception and the likely experience therefore vary within the same bundle.
PC Gamer noted that user reviews still mention issues with GTA 3. The outlet also connected some of its roughness to the game’s age, as it is now 25 years old and began the series’ 3D era. Buyers considering the bundle have that difference between its three games to weigh.
GTA 4: Complete Edition is the cheapest individual purchase in the sale. Released in 2008, it represented a shift in the franchise’s design and tone. PC Gamer recommends it for players who plan to choose only one older GTA during the promotion.
For PC players, the choice is between three classics for $19.79 and GTA 4 with both expansions for $6. Either deal can fill part of the wait for GTA 6, while each covers a different period in the series. Their shared November 19 deadline limits the time available to decide.
There is no indication yet that the same prices will reach Xbox or PlayStation. The sale also offers no answer on when GTA 6 will arrive on PC. According to PC Gamer, the two Steam discounts are the available option through the game’s console launch.
